Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us.
Last updated: 2 October 2026. This policy describes data processing in the version intended for publication. The site is designed with Privacy by Default: no advertising tools, no profiling and no Google Analytics at this stage.
Who is responsible for the data

Information that may be provided
When contacting the studio you may provide your name, phone number, email address, project type and message. Providing this information is voluntary and is not required by law. Please do not provide ID numbers, payment-card data, medical information or other sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
The hosting provider may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs, according to the provider's settings. The selected hosting provider will be identified here before production where relevant.
Purposes of processing
Information is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate a call or meeting, prepare an offer or provide requested services, handle privacy-rights requests, protect the site and prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Notice when details are provided
Providing details is voluntary. If you do not provide contact details, we will not be able to respond through the form; you may use an alternative channel such as phone or WhatsApp. Information will be available only to Maayan Amoyal and service providers needed for website infrastructure, email and inquiry handling, solely for those purposes or when disclosure is required by law.
Contact form in this version
The current static version does not submit form data to a server or store it in a database. Selecting “Send inquiry” opens an email message on the user's device. If the user sends that message, it is processed by the user's and the studio's email providers. A direct form-processing service will not be enabled in the future until this policy and the relevant security and notice controls are updated.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising. Information may be accessible to infrastructure, hosting and email providers to the extent necessary for operation, security and handling an inquiry, or to authorities where required by law. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are external links; their processing applies only after you choose to visit those services.
Retention
The website itself does not currently maintain an inquiry database. Emails are retained only as long as necessary to handle the inquiry, manage a business relationship, or meet legal/accounting needs. Inquiries that do not become an engagement will be periodically reviewed for deletion and, absent another need, will not be retained for more than 24 months after the last contact.
Information security
The site is designed to reduce attack surface: no public database, no user accounts, no embedded third-party widgets and no tracking tools. Production will be served over HTTPS only with security headers including Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy. Access to business information will be restricted to what is necessary.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The current version sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking. Therefore no non-essential cookie-consent banner is required for this build. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential-cookie technologies are added later, they will not be activated before an appropriate consent mechanism and policy update.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Israeli privacy law, you may request access to personal information held about you and ask to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. Policy updates
This policy will be updated if there is a material change in how information is collected or processed. Before any new data-collection service is enabled, notice, security and retention requirements will be reviewed again.
